WHAT IS MAHJ MARKET?

Mahj Market is a local mahjong rental service offering premium tiles, racks, mats, and accessories for game nights, tournaments, special events, and more. We make hosting effortless - just reserve your set and we'll handle the rest.

What comes with each rental?

Items can be rented a la carte. Each rental comes with the current year's National Mahjong card.

Can I rent multiple sets for a tournament or large event?

Definitely! We offer multi-set rentals and can help you set up the event.

How long is the rental period?

You have the option to rent for just a day or a week. You can extend a rental as long as it's available.

RESERVATIONS & DELIVERY

How do I book a rental?

You can reserve directly through our online booking system. Select your items, choose your dates, and complete checkout.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We provide complimentary delivery and pickup.

Can I pick up my rental instead?

Absolutely! We offer a 10% discount if you choose to pick up your order.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

Is a security deposit required?

Yes. A refundable security deposit is collected at checkout to protect against lost, damaged, or incomplete returns. The deposit amount varies per item.

When do I get my deposit back?

Deposits are refunded within 1-3 business days after your item is returned and inspected.

What happens if an item is lost or damaged?

Minor wear from normal play is not charged
Lost or damaged items are deducted from your security deposit based on our replacement cost

What if I realize something is missing when my rental arrives?

USAGE & CARE

Do I need to clean the items before returning them?

A quick wipe down is appreciated but not required. We sanitize all rentals between uses.

Where can I use the set?

Anywhere! Home, events, office, tournaments, Just keep the items clean, safe, and dry.
